Clearing registers and queues

When the Model 2790 is turned on, the bits of all registers in the status structure are
cleared (reset to 0), and the two queues are empty. Commands to reset the event register
and event enable register and the Error Queue are listed in
commands, any enable register can be reset by sending the 0 parameter value with the
individual command to program the register.

1. The Standard Event Enable Register is not reset by STATus:PRESet or *CLS. Send the 0 parameter value
with *ESE to reset all bits of that enable register to 0 (see
