Answering No to the Cul-de-sac routing option brings up the next
question:
Internet Protocol Extended (IPX) is a protocol used by Novell to
route information across their networks. If you are using a Novell
network you should answer Yes to this question. You will move
into the next question:
The network number is the 'name' of the local IPX network. If
you know this number enter No here, otherwise change it to Yes
to enable the router to learn this number directly.
Warning:
It is only possible to Autolearn the Network Number
if there is a Server on your local network segment. If no Server
is present, you must enter the number on the path manually.
If you answer No to the previous question, you need to enter the
number of the local network here. A network number is an eight
digit hexadecimal number.
If you answer No to the AutoLearn question, you also have to
enter the type of Novell network you are using. Type 1, 2 or 3
depending on the Novell network to which you are attached.
IPX networks can have several servers. Servers control different
network services like Printing. If you are using IPX, enter the
name of a server here and press enter. [
