Max-BandWidth

An integer from 0 to 4294967295
Max-Bandwidth prevents the use of all available
switched circuits for extra bandwidth.
An option of 0 means that Max-Bandwidth has no upper
limit.
Dem-Thresh-PC

A percentage from 0
Demand Threshold PC is a percentage utilization of the
total bandwidth of the path. The second channel will be
brought up automatically when the first channel is used
this much.
0 disables the facility.
Note: If this parameter is used in conjunction with
Idle-Thresh-PC, then the value for the Idle-Thresh-PC
parameter should be less than half of the Dem-Thresh-PC.
