When the ISPs utilization of the existing bandwidth (64000 b/s)
exceeds the values set in the Demand Threshold parameter (60%)
for the amount of time specified in the Demand Period parameter
(10 seconds), a Callback-Request is sent to the caller with the
CNum of the line to be used for the extra bandwidth.
The caller obtains the extra bandwidth by dialling the CNum
(654321) provided by the ISP. Files are passed down both links
by the ISP using the multilink protocol.
When the ISPs utilization of all the bandwidth (128000 b/s)
reaches or falls below the value set for the idle Threshold (25%)
for the Demand Period value (10 seconds), the ISP sends the
caller a Link-Drop-Query-Request to the ISP.
The caller acknowledges the Link-Drop-Query-Request, and the
caller drops the extra bandwidth (CNum 654321).
