Allows incoming frames to create a Permanent Virtual
Circuit (PVC) automatically. The options are
NoAutoLearn (secure operation), NewPVCs (PVCs
notified by the Frame Relay local management interface
if Management Type is set), and AllPVCs (an entry is
created for all incoming PVCs, and for those received
from the local management interface.).

To edit a WAN device, use the following syntax:
mod dev wan/wan01
where
is the MODify verb,
mod
is the device type and
being edited.
To change the mode of a WAN to Async, edit the WAN and
change the following attributes in the order shown here:

are the new options for these attributes.
It is necessary to bring the speed down from 64000 as in
asynchronous mode, the local manager is also running at this
speed and the unit will become confused.
