Demand Threshold Period (Nautica Wizard)
Dem-Period (BCC)
This parameter is a time period set in seconds (the
default is 10 seconds) and working in conjunction with
the Demand Threshold (Dem-Thresh-PC) parameter.
Demand Threshold Period is the amount of time the
Demand Threshold itself must be reached or exceeded
before additional bandwidth is requested.
Max Bandwidth (Nautica Wizard) Max-Bandwidth
(BCC)
Set in seconds, this parameter is associated with the
Demand Threshold and Idle Threshold. The parameter
specifies the time for which the Demand (or Idle)
threshold must be met in order to bring a link up (or
down).
Idle Threshold (Nautica Wizard) Idle-Thresh-PC
(BCC)
The default here is 0, although the figure should be
non-zero if Bandwidth on Demand is used. This
parameter is related to the Dem-Period parameter.
Note:
The value entered here should be half that of the
Dem-Thresh-PC value.
Callback Number (Nautica Wizard) CNum (BCC)
Callback numbers to be supplied to a user requesting
additional bandwidth via Bandwidth Allocation Control
Protocol (BACP)
When you place a call to a remote unit and download
