Using Verbs

Most verbs have arguments that clarify the action being set, but
some can run on their own. Using a verb and changing the
attributes of the class object affected by that verb can be done on
the same line. For example,
This command line does the following:
BCC> CO PA
NEW PPP/WAT1
IPADDR 192.168.1.1
ISDN-N 1/123456
\[ENTER]
BOOTP YES
Of course, command lines need not be this long and can be
entered in various stages, but the technique shown here is often
much faster than creating each part of the command as a separate
entity.
If, when entering a long command, the information typed hits the
edge of the screen, typing [
BCC to the next line without executing any of the commands
typed thus far. Commands are only executed when [
