entered using the first two digits of their name, separated

A valid time
A valid start time
The time (in hours, minutes and seconds) that the
timeband will start on each day. Use the 24 hour clock.

A valid end time
The time (in hours, minutes and seconds) at which the
timeband will cease operating each day. Use the 24 hour
