Getsw
getsw
getsw <source ip address>
The GETSW command allows a user to load software
into the unit from another unit.
The IP address of the unit from which to take the
software needs to be used with this command.
For example, to load software from another router with
the IP address of 192.168.1.1, the following would be
typed at the prompt:
Caution:
GETSW uses IP, so an IP route and path to the
destination IP address must exist and the unit must be
reachable. It may be useful to first PING the unit to ensure it
can be reached. (See
of the same type, for example Marlin to Marlin or Nautica 4000
to Nautica 4000.
Note:
Getsw is only available on the Nautica 4000 and the
Nautica Marlin range.
