The DHCP server gains an auto-discovery mechanism which operates on IP addresses in DHCP pools defined for the local LAN subnet. After a reboot, the router attempts to PING each address in the DHCP pool to discover clients on the local subnet that are already using addresses in the pool.

If you are running Nautica Wizard from the Bay Networks Nautica CD, you must close the application before removing the CD-ROM from your drive. In Australia, the Nautica 200 is only approved on ETSI ISDN lines; it is not approved on (and does not work on) older TS013 lines.

Attempting to log in at that time results in some good, but some garbage characters being echoed to the terminal.
