OPTI-6100 Installation and Turn-Up Practice

DS1VME Provisioning

Use this Provisioning procedure to provision the DS1VME module (P/N 1184515L2).
To provision the DS1VME module, complete the following steps:
1. From the OPTI-6100 Main menu, select
2. From the MS Modules menu, select the DS1VME module to provision, and press

AINS prevents alarms from being reported on facilities that are not
yet receiving a valid signal.
On the DS1VME, AINS Timer and DS1 Framing are Enabled by
default. Refer to

11. On the AINS Time screen, enter the number of hours and minutes, and press
