cursor is placed at the begining of the first line of text when the screen opens.

Function
This hot key toggles the alignment of the warning message paragraph between
left-justified text (default) and centered.
This hot key saves any changes made to the warning message.
If changes are made, but not saved, the Security Advisory Warning Exit screen
is displayed. This screen prompts to save or discard changes, or to return to
the Security Advisory Warning screen.
This hot key displays the Security Advisory Warning Help Information Screen.
This hot key deletes the entire warning message.
