Function
This option sets the OPTI-6100 as the Host of an RS-485 management
daisy chain.
When assembling an RS-485 management daisy chain, one SCM must
be designated as Host, and all others must be designated as Clients.
The Host must be at an end of the daisy chain. It does not matter which
end has the Host SCM, but ADTRAN recommends that the Host SCM be
the first in the chain.
This option sets the OPTI-6100 as a Client in an RS-485 management
daisy chain. This is the default.
