OMM Module Clock Source Settings

Digital circuits require a clock source for signal timing in order to operate. This configuration
is part of the provisioning of the OMM modules. This section details the procedures for setting
the clock source. There are other settings in this menu item group, but generally the default
values are accepted. Clock settings made on HS1 are copied to HS2.
To provision OMM module clock settings, complete the following steps:
1. From the Provisioning menu of the module in HS1, select
2. From the Clocks menu, select
There are five choices under this option. The engineering documents for the system
should specify the clock source.
