Cause
Writing the motor parameters
failed.
Motor Parameter Error
The power supply voltage sud-
denly dropped.
The power supply went OFF
while changing a motor parame-
ter setting.
The number of times that motor
parameters were written
exceeded the limit.
Malfunction caused by noise
from the AC power supply or
grounding line, static electricity
noise, etc.
Gas, water drops, or cutting oil
entered the SERVOPACK and
caused failure of the internal
components.
SERVOPACK failure
Power regeneration converter
failure
Power regeneration converter

Power regeneration converter
failure
SERVOPACK failure
The SERVOPACK and servomo-
tor capacities do not match each
other.
SERVOPACK failure
The parameter setting is out of
the specified range.
The speed of program JOG oper-
ation is lower than the setting
range after having changed the
setting of Pn533 "Program JOG
Movement Speed."
Investigative Actions
Check to see if write processing
ended before the write was com-
pleted.
Check to see if suitable motor
parameters were written.
Measure the power supply voltage.
Note the circumstances when the
power supply went OFF.
Check to see if the parameters were
frequently changed.
Turn the power supply ON and OFF
several times. If the alarm still
occurs, there may be noise interfer-
ence.
Check the installation conditions.
Turn the power supply ON and OFF
several times. If the alarm still
occurs, the SERVOPACK is faulty.
Check the combination of SERVO-
PACK and servomotor capacities.
Check the setting ranges of the
parameters that have been changed.
Check that the detection conditions
is satisfied.
Corrective Actions
Write the motor parameters again.
Write suitable motor parameters.
Set the power supply voltage within
the specified range.
Write the motor parameters again.
The SERVOPACK may be faulty.
Repair or replace the SERVO-
PACK.
Take countermeasures against
noise.
The SERVOPACK may be faulty.
Replace the SERVOPACK.
