Check the wiring of the

Check the setting of the

Check the timing of the
power interruption.
Measure the power sup-
ply voltage.

Turn the power supply
OFF and ON again.
Reconnect the encoder,
and then turn ON the
power supply again.
Reset the parameter, and
then turn ON the power
supply again.
Repair or replace the
SERVOPACK.
Initialize the parameter
set value (object 1011h),
and then input the param-
eter again.
Repair or replace the
SERVOPACK.
Correct the parameter
writing method.
Set the power supply
voltage within the speci-
fications, and initialize
the parameter set value
(object 1011h).
Repair or replace the
SERVOPACK.
