∗2. The alarm that may occur when using external encoders.
Meaning
All the power supplies for the absolute encoder have failed
and position data was cleared.
The checksum results of encoder memory is incorrect.
The battery voltage was lower than the specified value after
the control power supply is turned ON.
Data in the encoder is incorrect.
The encoder was rotating at high speed when the power was
turned ON.
The internal temperature of encoder is too high.
The external encoder is faulty.
The serial converter unit is faulty.
The external encoder is faulty.
The position of external encoder is faulty.
The overspeed from the external encoder occurred.
The overheat from the external encoder occurred.
The current detection circuit for phase-U is faulty.
The current detection circuit for phase-V is faulty.
The detection circuit for the current is faulty.
An error occurred in the gate drive signal of power transistor
of the power regeneration converter.
An error occurred in the A/D conversion circuit inside the
power regeneration converter.
