8. Disassembling procedures
1) Operational precautions in general
1. Prepare a solid and rattle-free working bench
that is wide enough to place parts on and that
does not allow the parts to drop or move.
2. Prepare tools and materials.
3. Sinee the parts are very precise, handIe
themwith much care not to bump them each
other or drop them.
4. Do not hit or wrench the parts even when they
are hardly moved. Otherwise, burrs may be
generated or the parts may be damaged,
causing an oil leakage or degradation in
performance. Always work with patience with
much care.
5. Leaving the parts disassembled may cause
them to rust as a result of humidity or
contamination. If it is absolutely necessary to
stopworking
attention to prevent rust and dust.
2) DisassembIing procedures
1.Clean the pilot valve with kerosene.
Close each port with a blind plug.
2.Fix the pilot valve on a vice using cushion
sheets.
Remove the pedal cover (521) from the pedal
