V-belt - adjust
Remove engine compartment cover under the operator's seat
(page 116).
Press in the V-belt (1) at position "A". The V-belt must give way
for approx. 8 mm.
Check condition of the V-belt, it must not have any cracks or
other damage. Replace the V-belts if necessary.
The V-belt tension is set as follows:
Remove the mounting screws (2 & 4).
Swivel alternator (3) and set V-belt tension.
Tighten the mounting screws (2 and 4).
After adjusting, check the V-belt again.
Attach the engine compartment cover under the operator's seat.
Pilot valve linkage - grease
Pull rubber boot (3) on the control lever upward.
Lubricate the linkage (1) underneath the disc (2) with grease.
See "Recommended lubricants" section (page 112).
Insert the bellows into the console.
Perform the same service on the second control lever.
