Function
This signal tells when the
Cameras that are assigned to
the Trigger signals can execute
measurements.
*1: If you use a Camera with
Lighting Controller, the time
required for the Trigger
Ready signal to turn OFF
may increase in
comparison with not using
a Camera with a Lighting
Controller.

This signal tells when expo-
sure of the sensing elements
has been completed.
• If more than one Camera is
connected, the signal will
remain ON for the Camera
with the longest exposure
time.
• You cannot use the Shutter
Output Signal when the
image mode is set for a
through image. If you have
registered more than one
Camera Image Input
processing unit in the
measurement flow, the
SHTOUT signal will be
turned ON for each Camera
Image Input processing unit
individually. Therefore, use
Camera Switching
processing items instead of
Camera Image Input
processing items in the
middle of the measurement
flow.
This signal tells when execu-
tion of a command that was
executed during execution of
the fieldbus flow control has
been completed.
This signal tells when a com-
mand that was input during
execution of the fieldbus flow
control is being executed.
ON/OFF timing
OFF to ON
This signal is ON when the
Cameras that are assigned to
the Trigger signals can execute
measurements (i.e., when a
Trigger signal can be input).
The signal is ON when the
sensing elements have com-
pleted exposure.
Turned ON after echo back,
response code and response
data have been set for an exe-
cuted command code when
the executed command has
completed when executing
Fieldbus flow control.
This signal is ON when a com-
mand that was input during
execution of the fieldbus flow
control is being executed.
EtherCAT Connections (FH-1000 series/FH-3000 series only)
ON to OFF
This signal is OFF when even
one of the Cameras that are
assigned to Trigger signals
cannot execute measure-
ments (i.e., when a Trigger sig-
nal cannot be input).
The signal operates according
to the output signal settings.
After the completion of expo-
sure, the signal turns ON after
the time that is set for the Shut-
ter Output Signal elapses and
then turns OFF after the time
that is set for the Shutter Out-
put Pulse Width elapses.

for information on the Shutter
Output Signal settings.
Switched from ON to OFF
when the Flow Command
Request signal switches from
ON to OFF when executing
Fieldbus flow control.
Switched from ON to OFF
when execution of an entered
