Function
This signal tells the timing to
load the output data to the
User (PLC).
This signal is ON: means that
the data is output from Sensor
Controller.
Read the data (from the PLC)
when this signal turns ON.
The Vision Sensor provides
notification with this signal
when it detects the following
errors.

This signal tells when the Sen-
sor Controller is in Run Mode.
This signal gives the results of
the overall judgement.
The Vision Sensor uses this
signal to acknowledge recep-
tion of a Trigger signal.
This signal tells when control
command can be executed.

• No Handshaking
The signal turns ON after the
Vision Sensor executes the
Output Unit (Fieldbus Data
Output Unit) in the
measurement flow and
preparations for data output
have been completed.

During execution
of the
Profibus Data Output unit in
the measurement flow by the
FH, the signal turns ON
when the data is ready to be
output and the Result Set
Request signal is ON.

This occurs when the
Output Unit is executed as
the measurement flow is
executed in order from the
top. It does not occur when
execution of a
measurement is
completed.
This signal turns ON when the
Vision Sensor detects an error.
This is a notification signal indi-
cating the FH/FZ5 Sensor Con-
troller is in Run mode (In a
measurement capable state with
[RUN signal output] checked in
the Layout settings for the cur-
rently displayed line).
The signal turns ON when the
overall judgement is NG.
The signal turns ON when the
Vision Sensor receives a Trig-
ger signal.
The signal turns ON when con-
trol command execution is pos-
sible.

ON to OFF
• No Handshaking:
The signal turns OFF after
the output time that is set in
the EtherCAT settings has
elapsed.
• Handshaking:
This signal turns OFF when
the user (PLC) switches the
Result Set Request signal
from ON to OFF.
This signal turns OFF when
the error is eliminated and the
user (PLC) performs another
measurement or clears the
error (i.e., turns ON the Error
Clear signal).
The signal is OFF when the
Vision Sensor cannot execute
measurements and the Run
Signal Output Check Box is not
selected in the Layout Setup
on the Layout Window.
The signal turns OFF when the
overall judgement is OK.
The signal turns OFF when the
user (PLC) turns OFF the Trig-
ger signal.
The signal turns OFF when
control command execution is
not possible.
