Saves system data.

Destination
*1: Do not specify a save destination other than RAMDisk or External memory, i.e. C:\ProgramFiles\FZ
The saved Scene data area may be reduced and the Sensor Controller will not perform correctly.
IMPORTANT
• If the specified file name already exists, this existing file will be overwritten.
• Do not turn off power of the Sensor Controller until return the response.
• Do not specify to the any folder except RAMDisk and external memory device (such as C:\ProgramFiles\FZ) when you
use FH series/FZ5-1100 series. It is possible not to perform correctly due to the decrease of Scene data storage region.
(Example)
When you save the following case:
• SYSSAVE file name: LABEL.INI
• Drive name: USBDisk2
• Folder name of the external memory: IMG01

Command Control
The name of the file containing the System data you wish to save.
Specify the folder name as an absolute path.
The file name needs the "INI" extension.
Save destination folder differs depending on the Sensor Controller series.
