• When the Multi-line Random Trigger mode is selected in the following series, usable signal type or assignment are differ
depending on the used number of Lines.
• FH-1000 series
• FH-3000 series
• FZ5-1100 series

• Sending this command to the each lines assigned port number, can set the specified terminal status.
When you set the unusable or different terminal status of lines, the response code is OK and the status is be disposed.
Confirm the change of the parallel terminal status by changing the set data.
