Slow Operation
Problem
It takes around 10 seconds
to execute any PLC Link
commands.

Communicating with PLC Link
Cause
Communications are timing out.
You are performing communications with
incompatible protocols (e.g., PLC Link and
EtherNet/IP).
Asynchronous output is selected without out-
put control.
Cause
You are performing communications with
incompatible protocols (e.g., PLC Link and
EtherNet/IP).
You changed the communications settings
on the PLC (i.e., the port settings).
Action
Set the PLC cycle time to the shortest inter-
val possible.
Do not use incompatible protocols for com-
munications.
If you select asynchronous output, set the
output control to [Handshaking]. If you spec-
ify no output control, do not select asynchro-
nous output.
Action

Restart the PLC.
