IMPORTANT
• When the Multi-line Random Trigger mode is selected in the following series, usable signal type or assignment are differ
depending on the used number of Lines.
• FH-1000 series
• FH-3000 series
• FZ5-1100 series

• Sending the commands to the port number assigned to each Lines, the terminal status of each lines can be require.
When required the unusable terminal status, response cord is OK and the response data is discarded.
Make sure to check the acquired data by actually changing the parallel terminal status.
Set All Parallel Terminal Statuses
Sets the ON/OFF status of all parallel terminals, except for DO terminals.

Example)
When you want to set the Parallel terminal status, except DO of Line 0, to ON at once:
1. Set the terminal status ON to the desired assignment BIT of Parallel terminal except DO.
2. Send the specified command which set step 1 to the port number of Line 0.
3. Executed result of command is responsed.
