Meaning
Regenerative circuit or regenerative resistor
is faulty.
Regenerative energy exceeds regenerative
resistor capacity.
• Setting of AC input/DC input is incorrect.
• Power supply wiring is incorrect.
Main circuit DC voltage is excessively
high.
Main circuit DC voltage is excessively low.
The capacitor of the main circuit has deteri-
orated or is faulty.
The servomotor speed is excessively high.
The motor speed upper limit of the set
encoder output pulse (pulse unit) (Pn212) is
exceeded.
Vibration at the motor speed was detected.
Vibration was detected while performing
tuning-less function.
The motor was operating for several sec-
onds to several tens of seconds under a
torque largely exceeding ratings.
The motor was operating continuously
under a torque largely exceeding ratings.
When the dynamic brake was applied, rota-
tional energy exceeded the capacity of
dynamic brake resistor.
The main circuit power was frequently
turned ON and OFF.
The heat sink of the SERVOPACK
exceeded 100°C.
The fan inside the SERVOPACK stopped.
All the power supplies for the absolute
encoder have failed and position data was
cleared.
The checksum results of encoder memory is
incorrect.
The battery voltage was lower than the
specified value while monitoring 4 seconds
after the ALM signal outputs max. 5 sec-
onds when the control power supply is
turned ON.
Data in the encoder is incorrect.
The encoder was rotating at high speed
when the power was turned ON.
The internal temperature of encoder is too
high.
External encoder is faulty.
Serial converter unit is faulty.
External encoder is faulty.
The position of external encoder is faulty.
