Starting the CLI

To begin running the CLI, perform the following steps:
NOTE:
This procedure is for use on the console line only.
NOTE:
The Easy Setup Wizard may appear if the switch has no user configuration
saved. Follow the procedure in the Getting Started Guide to configure the switch
using the Easy Setup Wizard.
1 Start the switch and wait until the startup procedure is complete and the
User Exec mode is entered. The prompt console> is displayed.
2 Configure the switch and complete any required tasks.

interface vlan
command.

interface tunnel
command. Or, use
the abbreviation
interface tu.
From Global
configuration mode,
use the interface
loopback
command. Or, use
the abbreviation
