Disassembling the Burner Chamber

These procedures assume that you have removed the burner assembly from the instrument and
placed it on a workbench. Next you will disassemble it.
1. Press the safety latch tab on the ignitor box while gently pulling and twisting the burner head
until it comes off the chamber.
2. Unscrew the retaining ring (Figure below) and pull out the burner o-ring.

3. Lift the nebulizer clamp and carefully rotate the nebulizer arm clockwise (slightly) slide out
the nebulizer. Put it to the side.
4. If you feel you'll need to completely remove the end cap from the chamber, continue with
steps 5 - 7. Otherwise, unscrew the four thumbscrews holding the burner end cap and
carefully let the end cap hang down (you don't have to disconnect any of the hoses). Now
skip down to step 8.
