Fill in the dialog completely giving the User Name, Full Name, Description, Password,
and password options.
NOTE: It is suggested that the "User must change password at next logon" is selected as the password
option. This will allow the User's password to be unknown to anyone other than that User. It is
also important to provide the full name of each user. The Enhanced Security software uses the
full name to identify the user in all of its logging features.

Double-click on UserA. A Properties dialog appears for UserA.

Click on the Member Of tab, and then add UserA to the desired group using the Add
button. We will add UserA to the Administrators Group. We also need to add UserA to
the Users Group. Click OK.
