Application Launch Failure
Use the following procedure below if the application fail to launch.
1. Follow steps 1-4 from the Connection Setup procedure.
2. Connect the keyboard to the E-Box.
3. Power on the AA200 instrument and wait until the screen shows an arrow on top of the splash
screen.
4. Timing is crucial: just as the arrow appears, use the keyboard to press the ESC key
continuously until a blue PerkinElmer Instrument screen appears on the touch screen.
NOTE
: Press CTRL + ESC key to display the Start menu.
5. Use the arrow keys on the keyboard to Select Run or touch Run on the touch screen.
6. Enter the word 'killer.exe' in the dialog box and touch OK.
NOTE
: Allow 10 seconds for Killer.exe to terminate all running windows and programs.
7. Use the arrow keys on the keyboard to Select Run or touch Run on the touch screen.
8. Enter the word 'repllog' in the dialog box and touch OK.
