Installing the AC line Cord
Grounding circuit continuity is vital for safe operation of
equipment. Never operate equipment with grounding conductor
disconnected. Do not remove or alter the ground pin on a three-
prong line cord.
WARNING
The line cord should have the electrical rating and plug appropriate for your location. See the
figure below for the correct cord.
1. Select the proper line cord for your location.
2. Insure that the power switch is off and insert one side of the line cord plug into the instrument
and the other side into the AC supply.
