Replacing Parts of Wear

Burner System O-Rings
There are o-rings in the neck of the burner chamber and in the burner end cap. You must check
the condition of these o-rings at regular intervals and replace them if they are damaged or show
signs of deterioration.
WARNING
1. Take the burner system apart.
2. O-ring located in the neck of the burner chamber. Carefully lever the o-ring out of the neck of
the burner chamber using a plastic pipette tip or the like.
NOTE: Never use sharp or pointed tools to remove the o-ring. Examine the o-ring. If it is damaged,
replace it.
1. Place the o-ring back into the neck of the burner chamber and press it down with your finger.
2. O-ring located in the burner end cap. Very carefully roll out the o-ring with your finger.
3. Examine the o-ring. If it is damaged, replace it.
4. Gently place the o-ring back into the end cap and press it into place with your finger.
5. Reassemble the burner system.
Nebulizer O-Rings
There are 3 o-rings on the nebulizer. Always carefully check the condition of these o-rings
whenever you take the nebulizer apart.
Warning: Flammable Gases – Fire and Explosion Hazard
If the o-rings in the burner system are damaged or have deteriorated, they may
no longer form a proper seal. This may result in a gas leak which is a serious
fire hazard.
Check the condition of the o-rings regularly and replace them if they are
damaged or show signs of deterioration.
