Rimontaggio impianto
freno posteriore
Rimontare la ruota posteriore (Sez. G 4).
In caso di sostituzione delle tubazioni
freno o dello smontaggio di uno dei
componenti dell'impianto freno
posteriore, è necessario fare
particolare attenzione all'orientamento
dei raccordi sulla pompa e sulla pinza.
può causare un malfunzionamento
dell'impianto frenante e può

ostacolare le parti in movimento del
motociclo. Rispettare l'orientamento
rappresentato in figura.

Posizionare il tubo freno (A) sul
forcellone e fissare le fascette (12)

con le viti (13) seguendo l'ordine
mostrato in figura.

Non fascettare il cavo del sensore
velocità (B) con le fascette (12), ma

con fascette in plastica al tubo freno
posteriore (A).
Il fissaggio del tubo freno sulla pinza

sul raccordo le apposite guarnizioni

Dopo aver orientato il raccordo,

bloccare la vite (5) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Se è stato rimosso il sensore
velocità (8), posizionarlo sulla piastra
porta pinza (10) con il distanziale (9) e

serrare la vite (7) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).

Inserire la pinza freno posteriore (3)
sul disco freno e allinearla ai fori della

Applicare grasso su filetto e sottotesta
delle viti (6).

Refitting the rear brake
system
Refit the rear wheel (Sect. G 4).
If the brake hoses are renewed or if
one of the components of the rear
brake system have been removed,
make sure that the hose connection
fittings on the master cylinder and the
caliper are correctly positioned.
Warning
An incorrectly positioned hose
can affect brake operation and foul
moving parts. Position the hose as
shown in the figure.
Position the brake pipe (A) on the
swingarm and secure the clamps (12)
with the screws (13) following the
order shown in the figure.
Do not secure the speed sensor
cable (B) with the clamps (12) but
use plastic ties to secure it to the rear
brake hose (A).
Fit the copper sealing washers (4) to
either side of the connection fitting
when connecting the brake hose to
the brake caliper.
After positioning the fitting correctly,
tighten down the banjo bolt (5) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
If removed, position the speed
sensor (8) on the caliper mounting
bracket (10) with the spacer (9) and
tighten the screw (7) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Notes
The air gap between sensor (9)
and the brake disc screw must be in
the range 0.6±2.2 mm.
Fit the rear brake caliper (3) over the
brake disc, aligning it with the holes in
caliper mounting bracket (10).
Grease the threads and undersides of
the heads of the bolts (6).
Tighten the screws (6) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Operation
Tighten the bolt securing
the hose to the rear
brake master cylinder
Fill the rear braking
system with brake fluid
Fit the right-hand side
