Ricomposizione forcella
anteriore
Bloccare lo scorrevole in morsa.
Proteggere l'estremità del tubo
portante con nastro.
Importante
Prima di installare l'anello di
tenuta (23), lubrificare i bordi di
scorrimento con olio forcella o
con grasso per tenute.
Installare i seguenti componenti
nello scorrevole (21):
- raschiapolvere (22);

- anello di fermo (29);
- anello di tenuta (23).
Importante
Installare l'anello di tenuta (23)
con la superficie marcata rivolta
verso il raschiapolvere.
Installare i seguenti componenti sullo
scorrevole (21):

- anello (24);
- boccola di guida (25);
- boccola (27).

Note
Prima di assemblare le due parti,
lubrificare le superfici di scorrimento
delle boccole con olio forcella.
Spingere la boccola di guida (25) e
F
l'anello (24) nel fodero esterno
utilizzando l'attrezzo premi anello di
tenuta (F, cod. 88713.1096).

Spingere l'anello di tenuta (23) nel
fodero (26) utilizzando la stessa
attrezzatura.
Installare l'anello di fermo (29) e il
raschiapolvere (22).
Importante
Il fodero esterno (26) deve
scorrere liberamente sullo scorrevole.
Supportare esclusivamente con le
mani gli scorrevoli e i foderi esterni
per non danneggiare gli anelli di
tenuta e le boccole di guida.

Reassembling the front fork

Clamp the inner tube in a vice.
Tape the rim of the outer tube to
protect it from damage.
Important
Before installation, smear
the sliding edges of the oil seal (23)
with fork oil or oil seal grease.
Fit the following components to the
inner tube (21):
- dust seal (22);
- circlip (29);
- oil seal (23).
Important
Install the oil seal (23) with the
marked surface facing the dust seal.
Fit the following components to the
inner tube (21):
- ring (24);
- bush (25);
- bush (27).
Notes
Before assembling the two
parts, smear the sliding surfaces
of the bushes with fork oil.
Push the bush (25) and ring (24)
into the outer tube using the oil
seal tool (F, part no. 88713.1096).
Drive the oil seal (23) into the outer
tube (26) using the same tool.
Fit the circlip (29) and the dust seal (22).
Important
The outer tube (26) should slide
freely on the inner tube. Handle the
inner and outer tubes with your
hands only. The use of tools might
damage the oil seals and bushes.
