4. Check for air in the power steering system due to low lluid level or an air leak
at the pumD inlet hose.
5. Check for low Jluid level in the power steering reservoir duo to possible leaks
in system.

Humming
1. Check when the noise occurs
. lf the noise is heard 2to 3 minutes afterstartingtheengine in
cold weather,
this is normal.
. lf the noise is heard when the wheel isturn with thevehicle
stopDed, this is
normal due to the fluid pulsation.
2. Check for the high-pressure hose touching the subframe or body.
