and position the snap ring (C) on the retainer'

7. Be sure the special tool (A) is adjusted to have full
contact with the spring retainer (B) on the 4th and
5th clutches.
Set the special tool {A) on the spring retainer (B) of
t h e 1 s t , 2 n d , a n d 3 r d c l u t c h e s i n s u c h a w a y t h a t t h e
soecial tool works on the clutch return spring (C)
