Advanced script commands
First command
The Event Handler, if included in a script, must be the first command in the
script.
Script syntax
EVENT HANDLER
EVENT

END HANDLER
Restriction
This command applies to voice contacts only.
Parameters
Enter information for the following parameters:
<event_a>, <event_b>, <event_c>
Handler to address.
<statements>
occurs.
Unsolicited events
Use the following unsolicited events to replace the event parameters in the Event
Handler:
Call On Hold
Call Abandon
