10.3 RAM BOARD REPLACEMENT
1. Turn off the main switch and unplug the power cord.
2. Remove the rear cover.
3. Replace the RAM board [A].
4. Reassemble the copier and plug it in.
5. Perform the memory all clear (SP99) and follow the necessary procedure
(see Memory All Clear Procedure in Service Program Mode of Service
Table section).
