15.2 REGULAR PM EXPLANATION

The diagonal transport rollers and/or the diagonal transport stopper become
dirty because of paper dust and toner adhering to them. This causes copies
to transport incorrectly, skew, and jam. Cleaning them is required at regular
intervals.
If the diagonal transport stopper mylar is deformed or damaged, copies
transport incorrectly, skew, and jam. In this case, replace the mylar.
