11.4.4 Paper Size Detection
[F]
Four paper size switches (SW-A [A], SW-B [B], SW-C [C], SW-D [D]) on the
rear side frame are used for detecting the paper size loaded in the paper tray.
The paper size switches are actuated by actuator plate [E] on the rear of the
paper tray. The paper end guide [F] is connected to the actuator plate. When
the paper end guide is pushed against the paper stack loaded in the tray, the
actuator plate slides into position and actuates the appropriate paper size
switches.
