11.6.2 Pick-up Roller Position for LCT Machine

For the LCT machine the pick-up roller [A] is positioned for feeding paper
from the LCT when the by-pass feed table is closed.
When the by-pass feed table is opened, the pick-up roller lift lever [B] fixed on
the by-pass feed table shaft rotates counterclockwise. This rotation lifts up
the wire [C] through the lift spring [D] and the junction plate [E]. The other end
of the wire pulls the lower end of the pick-up roller lift slider [F]. This
movement lifts up the pick-up roller bracket [G] and the pick-up roller is
positioned to be ready for feeding paper from the by- pass feed table.
