Section 7: Replacement Procedures

7.24 REPLACING CUTTER PCB BOARD

With the power supply is off, lift up the main cover .
1.
Detach the Cutter unit according to the procedures in Section 7.23 Replacing Cutter Unit .
2.
Disconnect the connectors from the Cutter PCB as shown.
3.
Remove four screws (1) securing the Cutter PCB (2) to the Cutter unit .
4.
Keep the four loose Board spacer (3) aside for later reassembly.
Replace the defective Cutter PCB (2) and reverse the above procedures for reassembly.
5.
Insert the wiring harnesses firmly and arrange the wiring harnesses to ensure that they are not pinched
during installation.
After replacement, adjust the Cutter sensor condition based on Section 6.10 Adjusting Cutter Sensors .
