Driver's Airbag Replacement
Removal
1. Disconnect the battery negative cable, and wait at
least 3 minutes before beginning work.
2. Remove the access panel (A) from the steering
wheel, then disconnect the driver's airbag 2P
connector (B) from the cable reel.
3. Remove the cover (A) from the steering wheel,
remove the two Torx bolts (B) using a Torx T30 bit,
then remove the driver's airbag {C).
Disconnect the horn connector from the steering
w n e e t .
