10. Disconnect the driver's airbag connector (A),
passenger's airbag connector (8), and passenger's
seat belt tensioner connector (C).

11. Disconnect the SRS unit 18P connector (A) from the
S R S u n i t .
12. Disconnect the special tool from the SRS main
harness.
Check resistance between the No. 4 terminal of the
SRS unit 18P connector and body ground, and the
N o . 1 1 t e r m i n a l a n d b o d y g r o u n d . T h e r e s h o u l d b e
an open circuit, or at least 1 M Q .

YES - Faulty SRS unit; replace the SRS unit (see

NO Short to ground in the SRS main harness;
