Turn the ignition switch OFF, then disconnect the
battery negative cable, and wait for 3 minutes.
Disconnect the passenger's airbag 2P connector (A)
and both seat belt tensioner 2P connectors {B).
17. Disconnect the SRS unit 18P connector {A)from the
S R S u n i t .
18. Disconnect the special tool from the SRS main
harness.
19. Reconnectthe battery negative cable.
20. Turn the ignition switch ON {ll).
21. Check for voltage between the No. l terminal ofthe
SRS unit 18P connector and body ground, and
between the No. 13 terminal and body ground.
There should be 0.5 V or less.
