Statement introduced in Junos OS Release 9.3 for EX Series switches.
Insert a vendor ID in the DHCP option 82 information in a DHCP request packet header
before forwarding or relaying the request to a DHCP server.
If
vendor-id
is not explicitly configured for DHCP option 82, no vendor ID is set.
—(Optional) A single string that designates the vendor ID.

Range: 1–255 characters
