Fuel Component Servicing
Select the Open button.
1. Drop down menu
2. Injector coefficient file
3. "Open" button
After the upload is complete, the program will
return to the Injector tab.
Make sure the serial number displayed on the
screen matches the serial number printed on the
serial number label of the replacement injector.
1. Injector serial number
Install Injector
NOTICE
Confirm injector location when assembling
the injector bank. Refer to cylinder location
marks made earlier. Improper injector instal-
lation can result in powerhead failure.
Assemble the injector bank:

The following items and their mating surfaces
must be cleaned before reassembly:

Lubricate mounting screw threads and under the

head of the screw with a light coat of Triple-Guard
Install new o-rings on the fuel fitting, each fuel
tube and the plug fitting.
Apply 2-stroke outboard oil to the o-rings.
Install the fuel fitting in the top injector.
Install the retaining screw and tighten to a
torque of 84 to 106 in. lbs. (10 to 12 N·m).
Install the plug fitting in the bottom injector.
Install the retaining screw and tighten to a
torque of 84 to 106 in. lbs. (10 to 12 N·m).
Align the injectors with the fuel tubes and press
together until fully seated.

CAUTION
All injector components must be clean to
ensure correct torque tightening specifica-
tions. To prevent fuel leakage, carefully fol-
low these installation instructions.
