Making Measurements on a Mobile in FDD Test Mode

FDD Test operating mode does not provide call processing. This requires you to match the test set and UE
(mobile station) test mode configurations. You must manually set the UE to transmit a 12.2 kbps reference
measurement channel (RMC) on the uplink that will be measured by the test set.
