Function
Sets/queries the channel power measurement's trigger delay setting.
This setting can be used to delay the measurement trigger in order to start a measurement
during a specific timeslot in the frame. For example, a 1.333 ms delay would cause the trigger to
wait until after the first two timeslots have elapsed.

Range: -10 to 10 milliseconds
