FETCh:WACLeakage:INTegrity?
Function Queries the measurement integrity indicator for the last adjacent channel leakage measurement
completed.
Zero indicates a normal measurement. See
about non-zero integrity results.

To set the number of measurement to compare, use the command
"SETup:WACLeakage:COUNt[:SNUMber]"
Query • Range: 0 to 99 dB, 9.91 E+37
